I also offer competitive monthly retainer rates, where I reserve a set number of hours each month for your use: (based on  6 month or more agreement)

Plan 1 = up to 10 hours/month - 5% discount

Plan 2 = up to 20 hours/month - 10% discount

Plan 3 = up to 30 hours/month - 15% discount

If you choose to take advantage of a 6 month or more retainer commitment, you will receive a discount.  Please refer to our Reduced Rate Table for more information.

Please note that unused hours may not be rolled over into the next month. The responsibility is yours to ensure that all hours booked and paid for are utilized.

There is a separate charge for out of pocket expenses; e.g. postage, courier. These are noted on your bill and copies of receipts will be attached for your records.

Payment is upfront and due on the 1st of the month. Should your retainer payment not be received, your hours will not be held for you.
